Every effort is made by our team to ensure you get your plants in the best possible condition but if there is a problem please contact us immediately, within 5 days of receiving your order, where we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
We stand over the quality of our plants. Please be mindful of the fact that our plants are bare root plants and will not look the same in Winter as they do in Spring and Summer.
Also, we cannot be responsible for inadequate aftercare of plants such as incorrect planting, weather conditions – drought or frost, wildlife damage or improper maintenance.
