Delivery Information

We have 2 Delivery Zones:
Zone 1 is anywhere in Leinster plus Tipperary and Waterford
We offer free delivery on zone 1 orders of €300 and over.

Zone 2 includes any other location not specified in Zone 1. To ensure the safe transportation of our products and their arrival in pristine condition, and due to rising delivery costs to these areas, we are now charging a pallet delivery fee of €80 per delivery.

We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We aim to deliver your product ourselves but sometimes we use couriers to make sure get your order to you as quickly as we can.

Please keep in mind that we will be lifting your plants to order, so please be patient, it can take between 14 and 21 days to process orders and ship your plants. We want you to get your product as fresh as possible. Our plants are delivered in lined bags to protect them during transport.

We will contact you by phone a day or 2 before a planned delivery to arrange a time. Please make sure to include your phone number when ordering!

Cullen's Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to ensure you get your plants in the best possible condition. If there is is a problem with the condition of the plants on arrival please:

  • If possible note the damage on the delivery docket when your order arrives
  • Photograph any issues
  • Contact us ASAP and within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can arrange a replacement to be sent or for a refund to be issued.


We stand over the quality of our plants. Please be mindful of the fact that our plants are bare-root plants and will not look the same in Winter as they do in Spring and Summer.

Also, we cannot be responsible for inadequate aftercare of plants such as incorrect planting, weather conditions – drought or frost, wildlife damage, or improper maintenance.
